Dry film thickness after each coat, member by member.
Six gates. A member does not move to the next one until the previous gate is signed.
Every heat checked on arrival; the mill certificate is filed against the batch.
Cut positions held to ±1.0 mm from the model.
Dimensions and squareness checked before the first pass.
100% ultrasonic coverage on main seams. Repairs are re-tested, not signed off.
Surface preparation first, then dry film thickness per coat.
Each member numbered, photographed and listed.
Six documents travel in the container. Domestic clients are welcome to attend the loading in person.
By mark number, with bundle weights and sizes.
Item, quantity and weight, matched line by line to the packing list.
Issued for the destination country as required.
